Back in May I reported the same thing... no tag, no tow... but on that day I actually saw a whole line of six or seven tow trucks go right down the street... not a single one stopped to tow. The City is paying those guys to simply ride around for the day. We are going to end up having the exact same problem with the snow that we had last year if they don't tow these cars away.
